MANAJEMEN KONFLIK MADRASAH PASCA PANDEMI COVID- 19 DI WILAYAH TAPAL KUDA

The Covid-19 pandemic has created new conflicts within educational institutions, especially madrasas. Moreover, the Tapal Kuda is an area that a different culture and language so it requires proper conflict management. For this reason, research focused on three places, namely MAN 1 Jember, Bondowoso, 2 Banyuwangi which are in center of Kuda. purpose study to describe process identification, classification, problem-solving strategies related management Madrasas after area. Data mining using observation, documentation, semi-structured interviews. analysis used Miles Huberman models, testing validity data technical triangulation. results showed 1) identifying post-covid-19 madrasa problems based Tosi's theory still first stage form antendants conflict, 2) majority classification with intragroup, for intragroup intergroup because deals stakeholders outside school, 3) Conflict resolution integrative style madrasas involve many parties remain open suggestions criticism.
